How do you separate signal from noise?

The danger in copying elites is mistaking a quirk for a principle. One athlete might swear by an unusual session, but if it appears nowhere else, it is noise. THETA only elevates a choice to a principle once it recurs across many independent teardowns. Polarised intensity, high easy volume and frequent compromised running clear that bar; a favourite one-off session does not.
