HOW DO I RETURN?

Email us at support@thetaclo.com with your order number and request to start you return

 WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
  • With the label still attached and in the original packaging (if possible) with your name and order number enclosed
  • If your item doesn't have the swing label attached or has clearly been worn we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • If there is no response from the customer after an initial email regarding a complaint or refund request which THETA have responded to after 2 months, we will close the case and a refund, return, or exchange will no longer be accessible for the customer.
